Pathetic experience at V Resort Palampur. No basic amenities available like electricity, water etc. We had young kids and water was not even available in toilets. The location is good, but it seems the owner of this property is not concerned with customer requirement or their facilities. We got delayed on all outings because of no water in washrooms. At night it was totally dark as there was no electricity and we find it hard to keep kids safe in darkness. V resort customer care did not respond well on this feedback. No wifi, no water, no electricity..... Please don't book V resorts blindly. Few of their resorts are good but some of them are really pathetic. It will spoil your trip. It seems V resort motto is to make money and they really do not care how customers are treated at their resorts.

I feel cheated. They booked my tour claiming that my hotel is only 9 kms away from Jim Corbett but actually Jim Corbett is 90 kms away from Upvan rwsort. Food is pathetic. Manager ask for entire payment just we reached the hotel. He not even showing the cottage without making entire payment, I half already made half payment at the time of booking. Manager is not coperative. Everything in Upvan resort is under maintenance, WiFi is not working. Next day booking is for hotel octal where electricity, water , sanitary is not available. Toilets are choked. Rooms is having foul smell. We asked v resort to check out as the hotel is having basic amenities issue. V resort manager told us we need to make entire payment for next day then only we can check out. They are not even provide us contact number of customer support. Clinton does our booking , and he picked only one time my call and said I can't do anything. You need to contact escalation team. But as per them they are not allowed to share number of escalation team. Afterwards he did not pick my call. They are cheaters. My entire trip got spoil. Pls don't do booking through them

V resort is worst resort in this world. Manager is irresponsible as he can do hospality business.but he has no humanity especially kalagrah v resort. V resort promises fake facilities Oaktel v resort All amenities which they promised are fake. They even not fulfilling basic facilities eg water and electricity . Washroom are being blocked . After this they even not giving checkout without giving fullpayment. Services of staff too slow.

Had a terrible experience on a V resort, Ranthambore property and Safari provided. Never anticipated and expected this level of service when travelling with young family members. They have taught me lesson to always vet a property and check if the property is company owned or on a franchisee model ! Felt cheated and the stress ruined the much anticipated vacations.

Terrible experience. A cheater company. Room shown was not given instead a shabby condition room given on reaching at Palampur when protested refund agreed that too with deductions without our fault which is not refunded till date. Treating me like beggars for our own money. Never rely on V resorts. Anand Kumar Kumra
