Pros- They have arranged Good new year party with live music and liquor. locations was pretty good. There also some basic grocery shops were there near by Cons- please carry your own hair dryer because they don’t provide hair dryer They also don’t provide you room service even it’s mentioned in menu and phone I called them in morning and pantry staff straight told me that sir apko yhin aana paadega. They all do gossiping in pantry area but don’t bother to serve in your room( specially that 3 girls). If you are minister or old person or some management family person then they will serve you only. I also found female receptionist quite rude Rest is fine

Location is good. Very big Resort with Swimming pool. The Rooms we stayed are big. Restroom needs lot of maintenance. AC/TV remotes not working. Have keyless entry but card not working. Breakfast was good. Overall Reception staff was good. But other staff need more training and little bit educated.
