Worst experience!! Visited this banquet hall for a party. With my first interaction, I believed that the manager in charge of the hall understood the client servicing. However, I realised later that the staff, including the manager of banquet hall were pathetic and lacked servicing skills. There was no proper response, no accurate details shared, no responsibility and good for nothing! They were least bothered to get the business/customer. Each person spoke different versions and provided different deals and changed their stand later. This was my first visit to this hotel and will most probably be the last. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE FROM MY CORPORATE NETWORK AND FRIENDS/FAMILY!!!

Don't go by the 5 star rating or any fake reviews. We booked this entire hotel (all rooms) for 2 days for Haldi, Mehendi and Sangeet functions; and the service was really poor. We had to get everything done ourselves as the manager was unable to manage anything. The staff kept absconding the hotel and we faced challenges everywhere. Room service never shows up, food quality is poor and they never prepared food on time. Owners are the biggest fraud in here. They continuously kept on changing the terms of agreement and tried to blame it on us. The owner of this hotel never told us that his hotel is on lease due to which we faced some major issues in the end. Worst hotel in Delhi NCR, incompetent staff and non-experienced owners. They have just constructed a hotel, don't expect anything other than a building.

Awesome place, everyone treated well we did our wedding on 18th feb. Booked this hotel for two days, the services they offered was awesome can’t tell you the taste of food as everyone praises us alott about the kind of services and level of food taste they offered. Guys they are very very coprative. Five star for the staff and five star for the location and services. Loved the place will book again for my another sister wedding for future. Must must must visit place. 🎉😊

If you want to ruin your function, go & book this venue. No proper arrangements were made & the service was worst. The incharge, Mr. Dilip over there is very unprofessional & rude. Please get him in writing before booking anything. He pretends to forget everything. They will even charge for writing the bride & groom's name at the entrance gate. On top of that they won't give you the correct receipt but will take the payment in advance. What a waste! Only the venue is good but it is not worth if Mr. Dilip like people work over there.

This place is looks wise good and same as shown in pic and food is fine. But they have worst management .. They wont provide you proper services..We had booked for haldi mhndi and wedding ceremony.with two rooms.. We had to manage evrything by ourselves as manager left very early and didnt provide the services as it was decided and room service was not proper. Charges were paid separately for mandap ... But mandap was not there we had to manage fere pooja on the floor with no proper mandap in the same hall . Overall they provide very poor services but at the time of booking they will deceive you in providing best services except for the building not much is good.
