Horrible experience: They do not deserve even single star. Please do not go for this resort, they have ruined our function. It was on 22nd of Feb. They promised us numerous things and did not provide anything. They lied about their AC hall. There was no AC. So many things, did not provide mic for anchoring, varmala. They have already promised this even in writing. Please really be carefull before go for this resort. Our function was runied and they did not even try to fix it.

The banquet hall is spacious, elegant, and very well maintained. The décor is classy and works perfectly for weddings, receptions, and corporate events. Staff were professional, cooperative, and handled everything smoothly from start to finish. Food quality was excellent with good variety, and the service was prompt. Parking and accessibility were also convenient. Overall, a great venue that delivers value for money. Highly recommended

Traumatic Experience – Unethical Conduct and Service Hostage I am writing this as a serious warning to anyone considering this venue. Our experience with their banquet and room services was nothing short of a nightmare. While the venue failed on almost every technical commitment, their behavior was the most appalling part of the night. In the middle of our wedding ceremony, the management began bullying and intimidating us for immediate payment. They went as far as holding food and beverage services hostage, refusing to serve our guests until their demands were met. This aggressive, 'goon-like' behavior was predatory and created a hostile environment during what should have been the most important moment of our lives. They lack even the most basic sense of hospitality and ethics. To be treated like this on a wedding day is unacceptable. Do not book this venue. Save yourself the trauma and the harassment that we had to endure.
