High-value resort with exceptional service. The staff are incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive, always ready to help in any situation, no matter how small or unusual the request. My experience here was absolutely incredible. The room was always impeccably clean, and throughout my stay I consistently felt safe and well looked after. The efficiency and professionalism of the employees truly stood out and made everything run seamlessly. The manager personally spoke with me when I had a few requests, such as takeaway lunch and an early breakfast at check-out, which made a real difference. This level of personal attention is rare to find in Europe. The waiters were consistently one step ahead of my needs, and the spa center was well organized, professional, and welcoming. Overall, a truly outstanding experience.

We attended marriage in this resort and stayed here for 3 days in the month of February ....our stay is really a home feeling....food was superb especially curry, Kumaon raita, and other kumaoni dishes. The staff of kitchen are so humble and caring as they provide you in a minutes. Amazing hospitality, nice nature villas , with perfect architecture, airy and clean air. Excellent AQI in this property. Overall excellent experience, only suggestion is while cleaning the room they must broom the floor first rather than mop directly....

One of the finest resorts of Jim Corbett. We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious resort. Rooms were cozy and well maintained. Food was delicious and lots and lots of variety to choose from. Staff was very friendly and always available to help whenever needed. The evening high tea was a real stress buster. We would love to visit here soon.

Recently visited the property with my family members and the property was very nice. Full of greenery ,in the middle of nature and all the staff were very helpful in nature. The food was very yummy and I would like to recommend this resort to each and everyone I have visited other property also in corbett but this is above all the property. Would like to thanks the management team and owner of the resort ,who is maintaining this standards. Special mention to Jagdish who was very helpful in nature and was very knowledgeable person. He has a very deep knowledge of food and beverage. Other staff were also very helpful. Restaurant team were very hard working. Restaurant was full of guest yet there was a smile in all the team members They alll were enjoying their job Thank you once again

The process was completely hassle-free, and the experience exceeded every expectation we had. The property itself is stunning peaceful, well-maintained, and designed to make you instantly feel relaxed. But what truly elevates the experience here is the incredible team. Every staff member we interacted with was exceptionally well-trained, polite, and incredibly prompt whenever we needed any assistance. A special thanks to Mr. Pushkar Rawat, who truly went above and beyond. I visited with my husband and our cat for my husband’s birthday, and he helped me plan a gorgeous romantic bush dinner that made the celebration unforgettable. He also supported us when our cat fell sick, keeping track of his diet and health with genuine care. This stay was memorable in every way. A must-visit property for anyone looking for comfort, beauty, and outstanding hospitality! 🌿✨🐾
