The hotel was good. I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and absolutely loved my stay. The security was good, they did not let anyone enter the hotel without an ID card.; they did bot entertain multiple guests. The food was good. The room service was good. The hotel is in Peak market of Sector 104; but it was in a very narrow lane because of which It made it difficult for me to spot the hotel.

Everything was quite comfortable in this hotel, starting from freshly prepared hot breakfast in the morning to spacious and well maintained rooms. It always felt so great coming back to your lovely room after work. The hotel is not far away from metro station and is located near to sector 104 market. I loved the hospitality and services provided by the staff and also how comfortable they make your stay at this hotel. Great Place, Nice Dining Experience, More Options in Buffet in the breakfast, All Staff members are quite good in their services.

Spacious Room: Opting for the Winter Green Premium Room, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness. The room provided ample comfort, making my stay more enjoyable. Cons: 1. Congested Parking: While the hotel has a dedicated parking space, it was a bit congested. Guests are advised to check with the hotel regarding parking arrangements before making a reservation. 2. Cleanliness Concerns: Unfortunately, cleanliness emerged as a significant issue during my stay. Stains on towels and bed sheets were noticeable, raising questions about the maintenance standards. While staff promptly replaced these items upon notification, the initial state was disappointing. 3. Dirty Coffee Cups: Another cleanliness issue surfaced with dirty coffee cups. However, the staff was quick to address the problem and replaced the cups promptly. 4. Inconsistent Hot Water: The hot water supply proved inconsistent, particularly during the winter nights. The boiler shut down from 12 am to 4 am, leaving guests without hot water during those hours. This can be inconvenient, especially for those who prefer hot showers in the early morning. Conclusion: In conclusion, The Fern Residency in Noida presented a stay that was a mixed bag. While the staff's helpfulness and the room's spaciousness were highlights, cleanliness issues left a significant impact on my overall experience. Very bad experience. I had booked 6 rooms in the Fern residency for my family function and the experience was very bad. The staff was not polite and talked rudely. The service was bad and there was disgusting smell in 3 rooms. There was dampness on 1 room's wall. Very horrific experience. Lastly the team charged me twice for food bills claiming that money wasn't received and when I asked for refund of 1 transaction, the GM and owner of the property refused to help me. Due to this, i had a loss of Rs. 15K. Also the location of hotel is just besides slum area.
