I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The breakfast was excellent with great variety, freshness, and taste. The service was outstanding—very prompt, polite, and truly customer-focused. A special thank you to Manager Mr. Vivek Singh for fulfilling all my requests so efficiently and ensuring a comfortable experience. The entire service team was amazing and highly professional. Positive Points Hotel location is very good and easily accessible. Dinner ordered at the hotel was tasty and well prepared. Staff members were polite, helpful, and responsive to requests. Check-in and overall staff coordination were smooth. Hotel surroundings and approach were convenient for travel. Negative Points Food pricing is very high and not justified for the hotel standard. Rooms are not properly maintained and require renovation. Bed sheets were not changed and had an unpleasant smell, raising hygiene concerns. Bathroom cleanliness was poor and not up to basic standards. Towels provided were old, worn out, and in bad condition. Low water pressure in the bathroom caused inconvenience. Breakfast starts at 8:00 AM, which is unsuitable for early-morning travelers. Overall cleanliness and housekeeping standards need significant improvement. Value for money is low considering the room condition and service quality.

We had a wonderful experience here with our family. The food was truly delicious and the ambience was very nice, creating a perfect atmosphere for us to enjoy our time together. The service team was extremely attentive and professional — I really appreciate their hard work and hospitality. A special mention to the DJ as well — his performance was absolutely rocking and he really knew how to set the mood. He completely nailed it!
