We had a three days stay at the property and it was the wedding function one of our sister Agarwal and Jain. At the time of checkin the rooms were not clean properly the washroom were not sanitized properly, the washrooms in the hall were not clean, it was fully stinky, They do not have proper first aid kit as per iso standards. They do not have blowers in all the rooms. However Mr. Adikari GM of the property, Took out some time from his busy schedule and took a round with me and settled all the things. Thanking him. Hot water available Clean towels available Dental kita available Xtra beds available Inhouse parking available Restaurant staff is super supportive Housekeeping staff were prompt after rasing issues Property garden available Lawn available Premises secured Food is delicious Kids park gaming area available Property is kids and family friendly. Things i liked the most and which will make me visit again: 1) Service - Top notch service ! The staff at the hotel had one mantra "The customer's wish is a command". Our each and every wish was looked into at the first instance. We felt like royals while staying at this resort ! 2) Cleanliness of rooms - The rooms were cleaned everyday. Bedsheets, towels and other things were changed in on a daily basis. 3) Food - The food was limited in variety but was very very tasty. The service during food was on demand and nice. Ending with the things i did not like: 1) Rooms - The rooms were big and spacious but were dated. There was problems with the pressure of the hot running water. 2) Pool - While the pool was clean and big, it was not warm for winter months 3) Location - Approaching the resort is a pain as the roads leading to it are broken and dilapidated. 4) Food - The food was tasty, but the lunch and dinners were very repetitive. The chef needs to add more variety to the menu.

Crestmont Manral Resort is a perfect getaway if you’re looking for peace and greenery. The location is beautiful, surrounded by hills and nature. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. Very relaxing experience overall. From booking to check-in, everything went well. Krish from the Delhi head office assisted me with the reservation and was very supportive. He patiently answered all my questions and ensured I got the best possible deal. It’s rare to find such transparent and helpful booking support these days. Kudos to him!

Unreliable and unprofessional. They ruined half of our vacation. We had booked 3 rooms at this place for family vacation 2 months in advance. On the check in date, fter a 6 hr road trip from Delhi airport when we reached here, they did not allow us to enter the gate as the place was sold out for a wedding. The hotel staff checked our details and lied on the face that there is no booking on our name. We called MMT through which the booking was done and after they made a few phone calls another staff of Crestmont came out . Even he did not acknowledge or say a sorry for their mistake. He offered to make arrangements for us in a neighbouring hotel which was of a lower star rating also significantly lower in customer ratings. We did not seem agreeable tonus Meanwhile our tour operator found us another place with comparable star rating but around 40 km away which we accepted. Thirty min later (150 min since our srrival) as we were driving to the new place they called back to say that now they can accommodate. After the initial shabby treatment, we did not want to stay with . We had no trust in how they will treat on going back. In short, despite fully paid advanced booking, they made a family coming after a long travel, with kids and elderly wait for almost 2 hrs outside the gate before acknowledging the reservation . Still not even a simple APOLOGY, only arrogance .
