No support Staff behaviour is good at the time of purchase but after that if you’ll go for warranty claim they ignore you and take long time… you just have to wait long long time at the store. I’m really frustrated with the service that’s why I’m writing a review here.

Well all the items looks good and shiny with range of designs and Color’s options . However my experience is that after certain time say few months or 2 to 3 years , they tend to loose their shine and crystal start falling apart. Coming back to recent experience with this outlet , I was quoted X price for repair and got a call also confirming the same and pick up . However at the time of collection I was quoted 2X and no proper justification and record to substantiate their claim . After some discussion and reasoning , some good Sense prevailed and they agreed that only X among is to be paid . This leaves bad taste however and creates trust issue with the brand !

The collection is beautiful but they dont provide buy back or any exchange scheme.. so a product worth Rs 1 lacks will turn to 0 once you moved out of the store...

BEWARE! Maybe you’re not going to have a pleasant experience there. The store staff is not at all welcoming they doesn’t show any sort of interest. Doesn’t have any proper details about the brand what services they offer after sales or offers and again staff doesn’t want you to know all of that. Quite happy with the product but expected much professional buying experience quite disappointed with that.
