Big fraudster… cheater.. I went back to this place for exchange of some diamond jewellery I bought 10 years back. I had bill and the certification provided by them. They gave me a return estimate of 35% of the bill value (not even at the current price). It was a complete shock. I was actually expecting an appreciation on the bill value. Unfortunately no other jeweller buy back diamond jewellery of another jeweller so I am kind of stuck. Since they are giving me only 35% , I am not even sure on purity of the product anymore. A word of caution: Shop her at your own risk

Got a silver ring made from them, and not even a week, In just 4 days my ring has turned black. I am so furious, I had to wear it to a wedding. Definitely don't recommend it even for small jewelry, heavy jewelry is out of question! They also don't answer your phone when you question them out their work.

Went there to exchange my diamond ring bought from this store itself few years back. They refused to exchange gold at current rate. On top of that, they said they will deduct 20% on bill value! All branded jewelers exchange gold at current rate, but it seems Sree Ram Jewelers is the worst jeweler in Noida. Pathetic experience, have already share abt them in society Whatsapp group so that others are also aware of this kind of cheating they do with customers.

This shop used to be good and they used to sell quality products made of silver, gold and diamond. In recent past years they have started selling substantially substandard items. My experience was not so good this time. I purchased a silver coin and in couple of days only it turned into black. They have charged more than the market rate for this stating they are selling it with more than 95% purity and hence the higher rate. But it turned out to be wrong.
