It was an amazing overall experience shopping at Caratlane’s Shaya Store. I bought multiple products and the staff was just so amazing in helping us with the products meeting our requirements. As a part of Customer experience initiative, they also celebrated my birthday with cake cutting and provided gift hampers too. The Store Manager Sartaj and other folks provided great support. They home delivered some of the products and expedited delivery to meet the requested timelines. Overall 10/10 experience of the product as well entire process.
