From traditional Indian sweets to modern pastries and desserts, everything looked tempting and tasted fresh. Ending the meal with dessert felt like the perfect finale to an already indulgent experience. Service at Tamra deserves special mention. The staff was courteous, attentive, and quick to respond without being intrusive. They made sure our table was comfortable, guided us through the buffet options, and handled requests efficiently, which really enhanced the overall experience.

I recently stayed at the Shangri-La Eros in room no.1419 from January 28-31, 2026, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The hospitality was exceptional from start to finish. I want to give a special mention to Ms. Angel, who truly went above and beyond. She arranged a lovely room for me and kindly allowed an early check-in, which was a lifesaver. The complimentary welcome drinks were such a sweet gesture and made me feel immediately welcomed by the warm-hearted people of India. The breakfast experience was equally memorable. The staff and the Chef were incredibly friendly and polite throughout my stay. I was deeply touched when they surprised me with a "Bon Voyage" pancake on my last day—it was such a thoughtful and personal detail. If you are planning a visit to Delhi, this is the only place to stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my trip so special!

Beautiful property with great amenities and delicious food at Tamra. The location is very convenient. However, check-in took longer than expected during peak hours, and the lobby area was quite crowded. Good experience overall, but service during rush periods could be a bit faster.

The hotel is good. But I felt the service was little short off. Generally in other luxe hotels, A porter and associate vomes to help you with the bags and gives a tour of the room and facilities. But here nobody came with us. It was you carry your own luggage and go to your own room. Find out where your room is etc. Which felt very unusual. The location is good. CP is just walking distance of 2 km only. Our room was a corner room with not a great view. But You can ask for an upgrade.
