Had a pleasant stay along with Friends & Family. We enjoyed a lot, specially the kids wo got big lush green lawn to play all the day. The Care Taker Mr.Balwant was very supportive & helpful during our stay... Looking for again visiting the place for a Fun Filled Get together.

I stayed at Samar Farms along with my family for 3 days it is a breathtaking place, overall it was a fabulous experience and wonderful hosts, I strongly recommended! Peaceful place to stay. I recently stayed at a farm house that left a lot to be desired. From the moment I arrived, I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and the overall condition of the property. The rooms were untidy, the furniture was worn out, and the carpets were stained and dirty. It was clear that the owners had not put in any effort to maintain the property. The service at this farm house was equally disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and they seemed to be disinterested in providing any kind of hospitality. The towels and linens were old and worn out, and they were not changed during my entire stay. I was shocked at the price charged for my stay at this farm house. Given the poor quality of the property and the services provided, I expected to pay far less. The owners charged a premium price for a property that was not even close to being worth the half of the money. To add to my disappointment, the location of the farm house was far away from the main road and the roads leading to the property were in terrible condition. It was a challenge to get to the farm house, and I found myself constantly worrying about the safety of my vehicle on the bad roads. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this farm house. The untidy rooms, poor service, high prices, and remote location with bad roads make for a terrible experience. Save your money and find a better place to stay.

It is a pretty good farm, overall, except the fact that it is situated really far from a lot of other places. I took an Uber from Noida Sector 18 and although it took me about 35 minutes to reach Samar Farms, but the last 2-3 kms. were a little shady looking and passes through a small village or some place similar that was really secluded even during the afternoon. Overall though, for weddings, etc., this does seem like a decent place. But, the major issue which I felt was the lack of any kind of phone network coverage at the farm at all. Ofcourse, there is no wifi to be had either. 🙄🤦♂️

Cutlery was not available, gas stove was not working, microwave was not working, 1nos washroom was overflowing, AC in main hall and in one bedroom was not working, bed covers was not available. Only thing that was working was the pool.
