I will share my honest opinion on this farmhouse. I booked this farmhouse for a night for our farewell afterparty from Mr. Amit who is the owner of the property. Initially the owner was good in behaviour and everything seemed to be pretty good. The place was good. But after some time , the lights went off and the reason was that their generator got heated up and smoke was coming out of it. I asked the caretaker to repair it as fast as possible . After almost 2 hours of waiting, the owner told me that because of no water in the generator to keep it cool from heating up , it gor seized. All of us faced a lot of problem and inconvenience due to careless nature of the owner. After lot of arguments with the owner. The owner asked us to shift from there to another farmhouse which was 5 min away from there. When i asked the owner to give me a solution about the same...he said there's nothing he can do right now and that i need to understand that its not his fault that the generator got seized up. This happens when you don't take care and pre check your generator before a party. After literally multiple arguments and wasting most of the time we had....a lot of the people were upset and left the place. The owner should have returned our whole amount back....they were not even considerate enough to handle the situation calmly and did not return the asked amount. This was not our mistake...we booked the place hoping to get a good time there......but ut ended up being a disaster and uncomfortable night for us. He just returned us 3k to compensate the situation. That's when we realised that we made a huge mistake booking this place... If the owner is seeing this review and have some audacity to reply and apologize to us. I would like to tell him that i have photos and payment history of everything with me. So before even thinking of denying this review think again. There were girls with us and the farmhouse was at a complete pitch dark place. Literally there was a blackout for almost 2 hours. The owner wasted our whole time and the only night we had to enjoy , that he cannot compensate in any way. He should have returned our whole amount paid because of everything thats happened. And it was clear by hus statements...thats not something because of him...and we can do nothing else but wait for some solution. He was literally the worst owner i have ever dealt with...The place is good...but the owner doesn't know how to manage it and maintain it. Caretaker also is of no use. Whoever is reading this review , i am going to warn them about this facade and this owner.. this is waste of money and time. The most unprofessional person . No one should spend their money on this.

We booked Maitreya farms for our pool party. We were 10 people and had an amazing night. Property is clean , with clean rooms and clean pool area. Awesome place for parties, stays and other celebrations.

farm house in noida is Excellent location with peace and greenery. Perfect spot for birthday parties, pool parties and weekend outings, highlight being the swimming pool.
