awful customer service, 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮bought a kurta and there was a size issue, due to which they instantly denied a payment back.. There was only a 20 minutes different between the payment and the return but they instantly denied and kept saying exchange only but in exchange they didn't even have my size... I tried to give a cut for the time and efforts as well but still no luck, total thugs sitting in the shop and just looting.
