We had a wonderful stay at De Coração Resort, Jim Corbett, with a group of 100 students and teachers. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Chef Pradeep, Mr. Jeevan, and Mr. Himanshu from the F&B team for their outstanding hospitality and dedication. The food was excellent, the service was prompt and well-organized, and the staff ensured that our large group was taken care of efficiently throughout our stay. Their professionalism, courteous behavior, and attention to detail made our experience truly enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay at this resort and couldn't have asked for a more relaxing experience. The property is beautiful, well maintained and surrounded by stunning views instantly make you feel at ease. The staff here is makes your stay more comfortable with their skillfull hospitality. Special mention of Darshini and Priyanka for their humble behavior always carrying sweet smile on their face. The food was delicious with great variety. Overall this resort exceeded our expectations.

I am glad to share my memorable stay with 176 stds at Resort Decoracao. Right from the check-in, housekeeping, dining, activities, Hi Tea & till check-out everything was perfect and timely managed. The Hospitality was amazing all the staff was prompt at their duties whenever called. The food was sumptous and delicious too. The taste was balanced and nutiritious. Special thanks thanks to chef Mr. Jeevan & Mr. Pradeep & F&B manager Mr. Shrawan who are amazing at their skills. Their receptive nature is truly commendable. My stay at Decoracao Resort in Jim Corbett was truly wonderful, with beautiful ambience, peaceful surroundings, and exceptional hospitality. The entire resort was very well maintained, and the overall cleanliness of the property was impressive. The rooms were always spotless, fresh, and comfortable, thanks to the excellent housekeeping by Chandan ji, whose dedication ensured perfect cleaning throughout our stay. The game zone was also well-guarded and neatly maintained, making it enjoyable and safe for everyone. The staff made the experience even more memorable Sovindra Singh ji was extremely attentive and helpful, Himanshu* was friendly and efficient, **Vikash* provided consistently polite service, Darshani welcomed us warmly, and Chandra Prakash ensured everything ran smoothly. A special mention to Chef Pradeep and Chef Jeevan whose delicious food added so much joy to our trip. Overall, the combination of great ambience, cleanliness, warm staff, and top-notch service made our stay unforgettable, and I would highly recommend Decoracao Resort, Jim Corbett for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Good Food and Scenery Ruined by Poor Amenities and Excuses. While the slightly remote location is pleasant, food, landscaping, and parking are commendable, my stay in a Jacuzzi cottage was thoroughly disappointing. Ineffective Cooling: The room was sweltering at check-in. The AC units are woefully inadequate, and because the power cuts off entirely when you leave, you are guaranteed to return to an oven after every outing. Illogical Pool Timings: The pool closes at 7:00 PM—completely useless for guests returning from afternoon safaris at 8:00 PM. When we requested a slight extension, the manager, Balpreet Singh, offered a flimsy excuse that chlorination requires a 12-hour closure. In reality, this takes 2-3 hours and could easily be done overnight (e.g., 11:00 PM or 4:00 AM) to accommodate guests. Poor Lighting: The resort is poorly lit with multiple dark spots. There are lights installed around the pool area, but they were never turned on. Broken Amenities: The in-room refrigerator did not work. When I complained, the staff offered nothing but more excuses instead of a solution. Verdict: At this resort, excuses clearly take priority over hospitality. I would not recommend this property and will not be returning.
