Monthly scheme Scam and bad experience. As we are regular buyer from reliance. So wanted to highlight The lack of accountability and transparency with regular customer. We started a SIP scheme for 2 years as they committed to give three extra installments as a benefit on the maturity date. We paid all installments well in advance—sometimes even 2–3 months early. During the tenure, their application had technical issues and was not accepting payments. We informed them immediately and requested resolution so that payments could be made on time. However, on the day of maturity, they denied the committed benefit, stating that since payments were made in advance, we were not eligible for the scheme benefits. This is completely unacceptable and unfair. Additionally, we kept receiving messages saying our anniversary week was going on and that we would get additional benefits if we shopped. But when we visited the store, they said our anniversary date was not updated and we were not eligible. If the date was not registered, then why were promotional messages being sent? The management, including the manager, kept saying everything is automatic and they cannot do anything. This shows a lack of accountability and transparency. I would strongly not recommend investing in any scheme with them. It is better to go for proper SIPs or FDs where returns and terms are clear and reliable.

I was looking for a gold coin, but it wasn’t available at nearby stores. Mr. Ram was extremely helpful and managed to arrange it within 24 hours at the lowest making charges, thanks to an ongoing offer. He informed me immediately once it was available. Great service and truly appreciate Mr. Ram’s support.

I gave a ring for repair which I had purchased from sector 18 store Noida and till date I have no information on it. I try calling the store but never anyone picks the phone. I need to know when can I come to pick it up, it’s been more than 42 days. As it is the staff is pathetic and never seems interested. If your number has changed then kindly update so we may at least have hope of talking to someone and get some information. I think Tanishq is as far the best in customer handling and product variety

Worst service Will urge everyone who are reading my comment to please don't buy anything here, their payment confirmation system is somewhere scam and takes 2-3 days to complete. The behaviour of the staff of this store is very rude and irresponsible.

We are customer since last 10 years but we went for redemption of our kitty..but the services are pathetic ..they don't even bothered to show jewelery..very poor behaviour they have shown..never go and deal with or I can say this store was pathetic
