I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff were very warm and helpful throughout my visit. I want to especially mention Anashree from housekeeping — she was extremely polite and always responded quickly whenever I needed anything. Her service really made my stay better. The front desk team, security, and overall hotel staff were also great and very professional. The only drawback for me was the location, which wasn’t very convenient. However, the hospitality definitely made up for it. Overall, a good experience!

Spent two nights in Feb 26. What stood out was the prompt and helpful nature of the room service. I can recollect Anashree who ensured we have a comfortable stay. The staff at Pinxx were also very pleasant to interact with. The food at Pinxx was simple and nice. The rooms could do with some refurbishment though.

Stay is good . I had selected executive room. Best thing about the stay was services provided by Anashree. I did not have to wait for anything , she would resolve everything very quickly. Housekeeping is done well and she is warm and kind as well.
