Worst ever experience in Delhi. First they didn't accepted early check-in, even they didn't opened main gate and forced to be outside. Booked this hotel a couple of weeks ago based on its rating, but the staff are literally too rude. Lot of hotels better than this at this price with ethical policies of timings and staff, better stay there. Recommend never to choose this. Added Comment:- Surprised to hear from you this quick here. Still has these concerns: i) Whatever be your policy, hotel should not just lock their main gate, even not allowing to come to reception and leave the person, having pre-booked booking, with all their belongings at mid road, whatever be the time. ii) To my surprise, here you have replied quite fast but to the contradiction, you didn't have the courage to pick the call from MakeMyTrip officials and haven't replied to their mail stating the same policy. iii) Why are lying about the reason that I have mentioned while cancellation, but actually it's you who haven't picked the call regarding confirmation of your stated policy. Don't justify your lies by making false stories. Instead be truthful towards people and your associated agents. iv) I'm shocked by hypocrisy about policies of this hotel, if one had to board train or flights at mid-night or your guest arrived on main gate of your hotel, you won't open the main gates. I would appreciate you if you had some ethics and morals instead of just being obsolete policy of locking main gate. Just for hiding your ineffective staff services and fraud you did to me, and to your collaborated partner, don't make up stories regarding policies and my claims. I would respect if you had shown some morals for your guests.

Very courteous host and staff. Deluxe rooms have ample space and area. Rooms are neat and clean. The bathroom was tidy and clean. Wifi was working. There's no dressing table in the room, feedback shared with the host. Electricity was down a couple of times, back up available for all other amenities except AC however the host supported to get the power back soon. Food is served in the room, it's located in the market area and commuting to nearby official places is easy. Overall a good stay.
