Hiring Purple Bling for our 3-day wedding event was not one of our best decisions since they lack sense of responsibility, professionalism and the promise versus delivery quotient is extremely poor. Event Manager is usually hired to ensure both families enjoy the wedding while the arrangements are taken care by the event company, but with Purple Bling – Ankit & Namita(co-owners of the event company) were either not present/not answering the calls/were creating a fuss over things. While their costs are comparable with the market, the mental stress for families & product delivery makes them not an ideal choice for even a birthday party.

TL:DR; Pathetic service, poor management and no fulfillment of commitment. I hired Namita for my wedding in Hotel Plazzio, Gurgaon. She was clearly instructed what we need, when we need. In terms of decor, she didn't provide anything. Charged me 3 lakhs and delivered work of not more than 50k. Highlights of decor.. Two rice lights in a gathering of 170+ people at night. The place was so dark due to lack of lighting. Any professional would have basic sense to add lights to night events. Another thing I noticed, for flower decoration, her team hanged one marigold flowers ladi to one of the trees. She's not attentive.. for everything she needs to be told a zillion times and yet she has no clue what the client wanted. She'll be like we can't do this, too costly or some other excuse. In the end, she didn't deliver anything at all. Took the full amount by black mailing to stop the wedding if payment is not done in advance. Went to my fiancee's room in the early morning of our wedding day to ask for a full advance or will stop the work spoiling her mood as well right in the beginning of her day. These are the kind of people one should be extra cautious about especially when it comes to weddings. They feel they're really good, they've a lot of experience whereas they're not different from con artists. If not for the amazing service by the management team of Hotel Plazzio, she would have ruined our precious day.
