Hi, I would like to share some feedback based on the service which I had today. One of your employees Soni, is really fond of gossiping while doing her work. She had applied the hot wax on my leg along with the waxing strip and left it like that, as she was busy gossiping. Then, she was doing massage on my face and abruptly stopped the massage...as she was gossiping. Now you give me an explanation on how annoying it is when you are enjoying the massage and someone just stops it mid-way. Also, while she was blow drying my hair she stopped the hot blow dryer on my neck. It was highly annoying as it was still on my neck and it was hot, had I not moved I'm not sure she would've realized it, as she was busy gossiping. Thank you :) 17th Oct 2024 I went to get the French nails and my pinky was rubbed from the filer. Now whenever I wash or do anything it burns. Again, as last time it was the same lady who did this to me, I'm highly fed up now and wondering if I should give another chance to the parlor or stop being the customer. Trust me, if people ask me about this parlor I'm never going to give good ratings thanks to the experience from that one employee who is not improving or being fired after my several complains. When I raised my concern about this pain, the employee said there's nothing and it'll be fine. She showed no concern and had laid back attitude which in the situation I was in, highly irritating. Whenever I enter the parlor I make sure that people are aware that my skin is sensetive and the job profile that I'm in doesn't tolerate any scars, I've told that end number of times yet here I am. Now it's going to be a huge issue, im warning you....if I get any letter of caution regarding this scar, you are going to loose one of your customers. 15th December 2024 Congratulations 👏🏻🎉 kudos to you for loosing a customer!~ After making up my mind, I finally decided to visit the parlour today and I never got my things done because there is shortage of employees in your parlour. Oh my God, there are so many employees I've not had any services done by them and here I am being told by the owner that "we don't have the lady who did the service for you last time". Alright.....how about other employees???? Please it's a humble request, rather than beating around the bush just say it in the face that you don't want to see me as one of your customers. Also, please take the feedback which is given to you and try to work on it rather than taking it negatively and showing bad attitude. This was the second time I was denied. Since the day I visited this parlour, few employees are professional and don't like gossiping while others do and then as you are in customer service and the owner I would really appreciate it if you smile and talk a little more politely.
