I cannot thank PSPL Weddings enough for making my wedding the most beautiful day of my life! As a bride who had very specific ideas about what I wanted, I was worried about finding planners who would truly understand my vision. The PSPL team not only understood - they elevated it!Their vendor management is simply OHSUM! They have this amazing ability to handpick the best vendors for each aspect of the wedding. My makeup artist was phenomenal, the photographer captured every emotion perfectly, the decorator created magical spaces, and the caterer received endless compliments. The best part? The PSPL team managed all vendor communications, contracts, and coordination so I could focus on enjoying my pre-wedding celebrations. What impressed me most was their organizational skills. They created detailed timelines, had backup plans for everything, and ensured smooth transitions between events. During my mehendi, sangeet, and wedding ceremonies, everything flowed perfectly. No delays, no confusion, just beautiful moments one after another. The team's creative input was invaluable. They suggested ideas I hadn't considered - unique décor elements, special lighting effects, personalized touches - that made my wedding truly one-of-a-kind. They balanced tradition with modern elegance beautifully.Every bride deserves to work with PSPL Weddings. They made my dream wedding a stunning reality!

Honestly, I was SO stressed about planning our wedding. My mom kept adding more people to the guest list, my fiancé had no clue about decorations, and I was losing my mind trying to coordinate everything. Then we found Pankhury Sharma team and wow - what a relief! They literally took care of EVERYTHING. I remember calling them at like 11 PM two weeks before the wedding because I was panicking about the catering numbers, and they actually picked up and calmed me down. The actual wedding day was incredible. I didn't have to worry about a single thing. The decorations looked even better than the photos they showed us, the food was amazing (my uncle who complains about everything said it was "pretty good" which is basically a 5-star review from him 😂), and somehow they managed to keep my crazy family organized. My friends are still asking me how everything went so smoothly. "Best part? I actually got to enjoy my own wedding instead of running around fixing things. We danced, laughed, and made memories without any stress. Worth every penny! If you're planning a wedding, just call them.

I can't recommend PSPL Weddings enough! As a groom who wanted to be involved in the planning but didn't know much about wedding coordination, their team was absolutely fantastic. They struck the perfect balance between offering professional guidance and respecting our preferences. The 8+ years of experience really shows in their work. They anticipated issues before they arose and had solutions ready for everything. The team coordinated with all our vendors flawlessly, which meant we didn't have to stress about whether everyone was on the same page. Our wedding was a multi-day celebration, and each event was perfectly planned and executed. The design elements were sophisticated and elegant, and the overall experience felt luxurious yet personal. Family members from both sides were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and warmth of the PSPL team. If you want wedding planners who are creative, reliable, and truly passionate about creating beautiful memories, PSPL Weddings is an excellent choice. They made our special day absolutely unforgettable. Thank you for everything!🫶🏻❣️

We hired PSPL to plan my sister’s wedding in December 2025. Our families are based in India, and my sister and her partner are in the US, so we expected the planner to make the process smooth and stress-free. Unfortunately, the experience was far from that. There were multiple issues throughout: Financial transparency: The contract stated their fees were all-inclusive with no hidden charges. Vendor competence: Several vendors on their panel were underqualified or poorly managed. RSVP mismanagement: The RSVP process took 1.5 months, involving multiple confusing Excel sheets and continuous follow-ups with guests. On-site team presence: The contract included two rooms for their team to coordinate functions with odd timings. In practice, they worked only 8-hour shifts and were often unavailable, making the room allocation seem unnecessary. Vendor negotiations: When we negotiated independently, vendors quoted lower prices. After sharing those quotes in the planner’s group, prices were increased 1–2 hours later, creating unnecessary financial strain. Wedding card design: The contract included wedding card design, but after multiple follow-ups, we received generic ChatGPT-style mock-ups that did not match the aesthetic we had clearly specified. The only positive aspects were a few responsive team members—Aditi and Shah—who managed small tasks and tried to handle the gaps left by their bosses. Overall, the planning process was chaotic and left us questioning whether hiring a planner was worth it. PSPL’s team did not deliver the professionalism or value promised.

It’s been a couple weeks since my wedding. I intentionally waited before writing this review so it wouldn’t be dismissed as an impulsive reaction, but as one grounded in facts. This time also allowed me to attend another wedding that was led by a planner, to check whether my expectations were unreasonable. They weren’t! In short, the planning experience with PSPL was extremely unorganised and anxiety-inducing. It was frequently marked by gaslighting, delayed responses, and deliverables that remained pending until a day before the wedding, despite repeated follow-ups. There were big promises and consistent under-delivery. My partner and I engaged PSPL for our residential wedding in Delhi this December and worked closely with them for eight months. The issues below were not isolated incidents but a repeated pattern. 1. Delays and lack of foresight Even basic tasks took weeks of persistent follow-ups. For instance, finalising printing costs for signage took 2–3 weeks, despite repeatedly asking to close these items well before the wedding events began. This resulted in my family and me managing several planning tasks ourselves during the wedding week, instead of being able to enjoy the celebrations. There also appeared to be little foresight around standard wedding-planning logistics: When asked to suggest venues close to the hotel we had finalised, PSPL recommended one that was 1.5 hours away, sending our family on a needless chase. When asked to print Shagun lifafas, PSPL delivered office envelopes at the last moment, leaving my parents embarrassed and arranging alternatives under pressure. (And these are only a few examples.) 2. Deflection of responsibility When concerns around transparency or accountability were raised, the response was often to deflect responsibility. In one instance, PSPL communicated with guests asking them to arrive later than planned, in a crude manner, without our approval. This was later attributed to us. Weekly check-ins were also frequently cancelled without notice and not rescheduled. Later, we were questioned for moving forward with planning independently, despite the lack of engagement from their end. 3. Limited presence during key events Despite the issues during planning, we expected the team to hold things together during the wedding events. That did not happen. We were charged a premium for experienced hospitality staff. However, my shadow (self admittedly) had only been a shadow once before. The first day felt less like support and more like hand-holding. My sister’s shadow faced similar issues. We also paid for: A vendor coordinator, yet I was coordinating timings myself with the band and makeup artist. Had similar problems with the transport coordinator. During key moments, Pankhury and her core team were largely absent. When asked, we were told the team works 8-hour shifts, which raises the question of what value a residential planning team is actually providing. 4. The sangeet night Before the sangeet, we were clearly told that music would be permitted until 2–3 AM, based on which we booked a DJ. On the night, the hotel shut the music down at 11:30 PM. At that point, the planning team was not present, and my family had to handle the situation directly with the venue. When this was raised later, the response involved emotional distress and a suggestion that the team might withdraw from the remaining events. 5. Wedding day execution On the final day, my father missed important rituals because he was handling sound checks, verifying décor deliverables, and coordinating vendor arrivals—responsibilities that should not have fallen on him. The wedding was ultimately successful, but that was despite PSPL, not because of them. It came at a real cost to my family’s peace and ability to be present. Final Note: I would not recommend PSPL to my worst enemy. Also, most of her review are from her own staff on both wed me good and google reviews so be very very careful.
