We have been a regular customer for this brand for last 20 plus years. Extremely good, hygienic and fabulous service standards. The owners - Anil Shukla Ji and Sanjay Shukla ji take the hospitality standards to the next level. The food was amazing and very tasty. The service was also very good and they served drinks and water every 10 minutes and kept asking all guests for anything they needed. They served fresh puri and roti to everyone and kept asking everyone for extra sabzi or dal. All servers where very polite and kept every guests need in mind. I would recommend Palki to anyone looking for catering service. They came on time and setup everything before lunch. They brought everything on their own and we did not need to give them anything as they had setup everything on their own.

I have been eating with this palki food for 3 years as there is no other options. 1. Poor customer service. 2. Excessive attitude towards the customer. 3. Dirty kitchen and utensils like a trash hole. 4. Wait time too long which consume the customer time. 5. Food taste under rated with the price. 6. Over miser over tissue paper. 7. Arrogant and uncivilized employers.

Excellent food service . And every staff be polite and disciplined . Genpact stellar palki site incharge ashutosh pandey is very polite . In this cafeteria food items are very delicious and fresh foods. Many items are available in this cafeteria but pastry and paratha is too good ♥️♥️
