One of the finest properties I’ve ever stayed at—truly among the best experiences of my life. The hospitality, delicious food, and ever-smiling staff were absolutely top-notch. Nestled in the heart of the jungle, the property is incredibly peaceful and serene. It’s vast and beautifully maintained, and the cart service is just a call away, always delivered with warm smiles. It was our anniversary, and the team made it extra special and overwhelming by surprising us with complimentary cakes and heartfelt smiles—such thoughtful gestures truly made our stay memorable. A big thank you to the entire team for hosting us so wonderfully—special appreciation for the excellent maintenance and management. I would highly recommend this place for a family stay without any hesitation. You don’t just stay here, you experience life.

This is easily one of the best resorts I’ve visited. The hospitality and genuine warmth shown to guests are unmatched. The location itself is a sanctuary of silence, allowing you to truly pause from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in nature. I particularly appreciated their commitment to the community; most of the staff are hired locally, providing authentic insights into the region’s food and customs. As a final 'cherry on top,' the 4x4 ride provided for arrival and departure adds a thrilling and unique touch to the entire experience

Our stay at the property was overall a pleasant experience amidst lush green surroundings. The resort is beautifully set between forests, offering peace and calm away from the city. Rooms were neat and clean, and the hospitality was commendable — the staff were humble and genuinely tried to make our stay comfortable. The food was good, with a nice breakfast spread offering variety. Indoor games were great fun, and the evening high tea with snacks was a lovely add-on. Areas of Improvement: • There were no TVs in the rooms, which felt restrictive — this should be a guest’s choice, not an imposed rule. If TVs aren’t provided, having live music during dinner would be a great alternative, especially since sounds from a neighbouring resort were audible. • Outside food orders aren’t allowed, and the menu was quite expensive, with most dishes priced around ₹800–₹900 — more economical options would be appreciated. • Pillows were too thick, with no thinner alternatives, making it hard to sleep comfortably. • Though shuttle service is available, the bumpy 2 km ride to reach the property felt unnecessarily inconvenient. Overall, it was a good stay with great hospitality and natural beauty, but there’s certainly room for improvement in comfort and guest flexibility.

My stay at Patlidun was not very great. It was below expectation. Room service was slow. As we checked in, the housekeeping insisted themselves first that they’ll get the swimming pool cleaned but nobody came. In room dining was not at all nice. We ordered pizza for lunch. It came late, cold and oily. Even after repeated complaints, they didn’t budge at all. Said chef will call, they are looking into it, they’ll send the manager to our room etc, but no action was taken. Later when we went for dinner in the restaurant at that time the manager came to us and said you faced problem with the pizza right? We will not charge your for that! What is this? Not at all professional. Do you even care if we had that cold food or not? We didn’t had lunch that day and kept waiting for a response from them. The room has limited amount of hot water. If you choose a room with jacuzzi then choose wisely. We stayed in cold water throughout in winter season. The limited water was just not enough to keep the jacuzzi water warm. Then we struggled with immediate shower. We had to wait for the water to reheat first, kept sitting wet in cold weather again. Even after this bad experience, they insisted so badly to give them a good review, i was not at all in the mood to provide but my wife just gave. Not happy for the price I paid.

10/10 for everything. The hospitality that they serve has no comparison. Everything from the start from the parking to the ride to the resort, it was adventourous, knowledgeable and thrilling for the least. We met Sachin Ji, the naturalist, Rakesh ji the person who took us for the rides, Mukesh ji who was our guide for the safari ride. They were all very sweet and calm. It was a perfect weekend getaway. Totally recommended
