Chef Amit went above and beyond to cater to my specific request—he crafted a perfectly fresh, boneless version of a chicken dish that was not even on the menu. The flavors were nothing short of fireworks in my mouth; every bite was a symphony of taste that I struggle to put into words. It’s clear that Chef Amit has a passion for his craft, and it shines through in every dish he prepares. What’s more, his dinners are so delicious that even kids will find something to love. The freshness and quality of the ingredients truly stand out, making it clear this is not just any hotel restaurant but a place that takes pride in serving top-tier food. And I must mention the fresh watermelon juice—absolutely amazing! The best part? No ice diluting the flavor, just pure, refreshing juice that’s perfect for a hot day. I recently stayed NRS ROYAL GRAND at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly and professional service. This hotel claims to be 4 star but the service is not even 2 star. It looks big from outside but inside it feels like a cheap residence. I checked in last night after a late flight and was very tired. The AC in my room was not working. They told me to test it overnight and it would get fixed, but I ended up sweating the whole night. In the morning I asked for a room change, the reception said “5 minutes” but nothing happened. After coming back from office, even after 3 hours they were still juggling me from one room to another. Some rooms have no working AC, some have water leaking from the window, in some the water smells like sewer, one even had a rat and a broken bed. It’s 11 at night now and still we don’t have a proper room to stay. I can’t show you how the water smells or how weak the AC is, but I do have photos of the leaking walls and windows. And all the staff keeps saying is “Sir aap nischint rahiye, aapko dikkat nahi hogi.” The funny part is that in every new room I try, I find a new problem but according to them, all the rooms are “perfectly fine.” Please don’t waste your time and money here. You can find much better hotels nearby.

Hi, Recently stayed at this hotel the room service and house keeping staff did a excellent job. Special thanks to Mr. Vishal Shaw and his Duty Manager Naveen. 2 days stay was comfortable. Very happy staff treat all of us well. Will recommend to stay at this hotel. Location is very nice .
