I ordererd a beautiful pair of set piece from Niscka. It was delivered broken; the neck piece as well as the ear piece, may be due to inappropriate packaging the piece broke in transit from Noida to Mumbai. I requested them to replace the same product or atleast refund a certain amount to me. After sevveral reassurance and despite of not having an unboxing video they agreed to replace the same product aand i recieved it. Thank yoh Niscka for handling the grievances well. Looking forward to shop more from you. Ps: Do created an unboxing video for seamless returns and exchange.

Hello everyone, do not buy anything from their website.They sell extremely low-quality products.Their customer service is absolutely terrible.I purchased a pair of earrings and they did not look like the pictures on their website.I attempted to make a return, but they refused because their policy only covers damaged products, and believe me, they will never accept your damaged products.They will give you an unnecessary reason for refusing to return. Do not purchase anything from them.They are a total fraud.I had a very bad experience with Niscika. Do not waste your hard-earned money or your valuable time. There are numerous other plate forms.Please browse and buy from there.

NISCKA should get an award for providing the worst customer care experience. Please don’t buy anything from their site as there are multiple e-commerce platforms available where you'd not go through an unpleasant experience that i went through. I tried to return a pair of earrings because i simply did not like them up close. Niscka did not accept my request and the customer care support tried to sell other products under exchange policy. I then checked their Terms and conditions (misleading) and told them i would still like to return the product and have my money back. But It was just beyond their comprehension because the agent argued with me over how can I not like it. After wasting my time and energy they finally agreed to accept the return request but little did I know that they have their master plan laid out already. I shipped the product back but did not hear anything from them for days. So,I called the customer care again and got to know that they cannot accept the product because guess what they found moisture on back of the earring. LMAO! I did not want to waste any more time indulging with their stupid customer care agent so I did not put up any argument.They said they will ship the product back. However, I had no idea that these people have zero ethics because not only they blocked my number but they went to an extent of breaking one earring and sending it back to me. Now neither do i have my money nor the product. Besides writing this lengthy review I also spent hours to find that moisture but I guess I need to level up my Vitamin A game. Although I did find a bunch of ways to waste a customer’s time and money.
