To start with, I would have not even given a single star to such a horrible place. The staff is not even groomed and humble to collect guest's luggage at the time of arrival. The rooms were so dirty that made me feel not to even step in. The basic things like clean room, proper washroom amenities and fresh fragrance were totally missing. The washroom fittings were totally rusted. No room slippers were there and most important they even did not offered water. The rooms were stinking like can't even express. There is no curtain between washroom and room that actually made everyone uncomfortable. Even rooms did not had proper lights. And then comes the room service which is so so slow. And the breakfast was so worst that could not eat more than toasted breads. Humble request not to visit this hotel ever in life.

I can't believe it was so bad. I've never seen more dirty rooms in hotel. Dust is everywhere, sheets, pillows and towels are dirty, kettle is dirty and broken. And there was no fridge. And from 7AM at morning dozen of children has gone crazy in Hall screaming and running. They even ringed MY DOORBELL several times. And hotel personnel was totally ignoring them! Buffet where they serve breakfast is also dirty. Dust is everywhere and dishes are poorly washed. I can't imagine the hotel can be so horrible.

Pathetic Service, arrogant Receiptionist, no manners to deal with corporate clients. We stayed at other locations of lemon tree previously but there is day or night difference. Washroom is leakage, no solution done. Request to management please look into this otherwise you will loss the important corporate clients.

The absence of a curtain between the bathroom and the main room created an awkward situation. One person had to wait outside while the other used the facilities, lacking the privacy that is typically expected in a hotel setting. This design flaw made the stay uncomfortable and certainly requires improvement. My stay at this hotel was disaster. Words can't express the disappointment I felt upon entering my room. It was as if time had stopped in the 1980s mix of mold and regret. The staff seemed to have mastered the art of indifference, providing a level of service that matched the overall shabbiness of the establishment. Save yourself the disappointment and find accommodations elsewhere."
