I had an amazing stay at this resort! From the moment I arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the staff made me feel truly welcomed. A special mention for Papiha, who is an absolute gem — incredibly sweet, courteous, and exceptionally professional. She went out of her way to make sure my stay was comfortable and even arranged for an upgrade on my request without any hassle. Her calm and cheerful demeanor made every interaction pleasant, and her genuine care for guests really stands out. At the restaurant, Mukesh, the manager, ensured everything ran smoothly with his excellent coordination and attentive service. And Pushkar, who served us, was extremely polite and efficient, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the team went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and warm hospitality.

⭐ 1 Star – Worst Hospitality & Zero Luxury Experience Our stay at Nama Resort – Radisson, Ramnagar turned out to be one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had, especially considering we travelled as three families with small kids expecting a comfortable and luxurious holiday. While the property looks decent on the outside, the service, hospitality, and food quality were extremely poor. The staff at the restaurant and bar were unresponsive, unprofessional, and completely lacking basic courtesy. The food was cold, tasteless, and far below Radisson standards, making every meal a disappointment. But the checkout experience was the worst part. We had clearly informed the staff about a late checkout, especially because we had small kids and a Safari booked through Radisson itself at 1:30 PM. Despite that, the staff started pressuring us to check out from 11:30 AM, repeatedly calling, insisting, and literally making us uncomfortable. We felt harassed, rushed, and almost held captive at the property with three small children disturbed and restless, all because the staff was trying to push us out without any consideration or hospitality. For a resort claiming to provide a luxury experience, this behaviour was absolutely unacceptable. Overall, this stay was a complete waste of money. There was no luxury, no hospitality, and no professionalism. We do not recommend this resort to anyone looking for comfort, courtesy, or value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort! The surroundings were peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a much-needed getaway. The staff was extremely courteous and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views. The food was delicious with a great variety at every meal. The pool area and recreational facilities were well maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was an excellent experience — truly a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing resort vacation! 🌺 Special mention to Iqbal lobby manager and all other team members of fnb, front office ,housekeeping . Would love to come back soon . 🌸

Apart from location and views nothing feels right here. Once u enter the resort it feels pleasant but the rooms and room service is just not upto the mark. They are below average. Curtains are broken due to what u get sunlight in the room as early 6.30 and ur kids will wake up, Very big Spider webs are there in the room. The room service staff just don't want to work. They didn't cleaned the room in morning even after informing on the reception. Then when called in evening they just did the formality. Didn't even swiped the room properly. Asked bodylotion, they kept conditioner. None of the staff understand any kind of basic instruction. If u will ask just even for less sugar tea u'll have to explain them atleast 3 times.. Literally waste of money. Spending around 20,000 per night for this kind of service is just frustrating. And yes not to forget. Rooms are dirty!!! Too dirty Will not at all recommend this to anyone.

The rooms were not up to the standard expected from a 5-star property. The furniture looked old and worn out, and the balcony seating was dirty and poorly maintained. The washrooms had water leakage issues, and the overall design felt quite outdated. The breakfast spread was also disappointing, with very limited options. We also requested a late check-out since we were travelling with our 3-month-old daughter, but the request was directly refused, which was quite disappointing. Overall, the property does not justify the price, especially considering the reputation associated with the Radisson brand. The experience was quite underwhelming compared to what one would expect from a hotel in this category. In my opinion, it does not feel like a luxury hotel. If you are planning a trip to Jim Corbett, it may be better to book a good normal property instead of choosing Namah Radisson Jim Corbett.
