We had a wonderful stay at Nadiya Parao Resort. The resort is beautifully maintained, surrounded by nature, and offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, food is super tasty and delicious and the overall hospitality was excellent. A special thanks to Ms. Neha, Mr. Sahil, and Mr. Chandan for their exceptional service and warm behaviour throughout our stay. They were always helpful, polite, and made sure we felt comfortable at every moment. Their dedication and hospitality truly made our experience memorable. Overall the experience was good. Can definitely recommend this place for families as well. The staff is highly courteous and professional like Neha ji. Kudos to tuem for amazing service. Though some of the areas are under construction. I think, it would be amazing after it gets completed. One suggestion, all the hotels on the banks of River are premium properties. Maybe all the hotels should work towards cleaning the river, it will offer much grand view.

Much like Club Mahindra Patkote, it carries the same “Corbett vibe” — peaceful, green, and slightly adventurous. One of the biggest highlights of this resort is undoubtedly its sprawling size and landscape design. The property is quite large, with expansive open areas, greenery, and well-planned spaces that make it ideal for families and long stays. Unlike many other Club Mahindra properties where rooms can feel compact, the rooms here are noticeably larger—almost double the usual size, which is a major plus point. This added space significantly improves comfort, especially for families traveling together. Another attractive feature is its proximity to adventure activities, particularly the nearby bungee jumping platform, which adds an exciting element for thrill-seekers. The resort also boasts a riverfront along the Kosi, giving guests a natural space to relax, take walks, or simply enjoy the surroundings. The swimming pool is another standout feature—it is large, well-maintained, and very clean, making it enjoyable for both adults and children. In terms of convenience, the resort scores well as it is located close to several popular restaurants, giving guests the flexibility to explore dining options outside the property—especially useful given the pricing inside.
