My wedding was held at Moon Star Banquet Hall on 10 February, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The venue looked absolutely beautiful with elegant décor, perfect lighting, and a royal ambiance. All our guests were highly impressed with the arrangements. The food quality was excellent — every dish was fresh, delicious, and served perfectly. Many of our guests specially appreciated the starters and main course. The management was outstanding. The manager, Sandeep ji, handled everything so professionally and smoothly. He personally ensured that every detail was taken care of, and his polite and cooperative nature made the entire event stress-free for us. Overall, our wedding function was organized beautifully without any issues. I would highly recommend Moon Star Banquet Hall to anyone looking for a perfect venue for their special day. Hosted my wedding here. The banquet looks very beautiful at night with very nice lighting and decor. The place does not provide any additional decoration but have a basic decor provided which in itself is more than enough and additional external decoration is not needed . The manager and his colleague are very kind, extremely professional and helpful. The whole staff who are present at the wedding event are quite well trained and I can confidently say that the level of service you woll get here is going to be top notch. Food was delicious and all my gyests were very satisfied and happy.

I recently hosted a family event at this banquet hall, and unfortunately, it was far below expectations. First, the management was highly unresponsive in the days leading up to the event. Simple coordination requests took multiple follow-ups, and on the day of the function, several agreed-upon arrangements were either incomplete or missing entirely. The hall itself looked decent in pictures, but in reality, the maintenance was poor. The air conditioning was inconsistent, the washrooms were not properly cleaned, and the overall ambience felt neglected. For the price being charged, this was unacceptable. The catering was another major letdown. Food was served late, some dishes were cold, and the taste was average at best. Many guests complained about slow service and unprofessional staff behavior. Parking arrangements were chaotic, with no proper assistance or coordination. Several guests struggled to find space, which created unnecessary stress before the event even started. Overall, the experience did not justify the premium pricing. I would strongly advise future customers to get everything in writing and double-check arrangements beforehand. Sadly, I would not recommend this venue for important occasions.

I hosted my Sister wedding from here on 2nd Nov 2025 and I am very happy to share that i had a very wonderful event here. The decoration is so good and venue is very spacious. Every guest of mine liked it and had the words that “Venue is so beautiful and Food is very good and tasty”. I personally tasted the food before booking and it was very tasty and had no fabricated taste like cafes. Thanks to Sandeep Gupta Ji and team for helping to host a wonderful event and leaving impact to every guest of mine that they will not forget the decor and taste of Moon Star Banquet.
