We recently attended a wedding here, and everything was absolutely wonderful! The venue was beautifully decorated and very spacious, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and well-presented. The staff was professional, attentive, and ensured that every guest was comfortable throughout the event. Service was smooth and well-organized from start to finish. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this banquet hall for any special occasion!

Moon Cloud Banquet is a good banquet hall, situated on the backside of Ivy county society. the access road is pathetic (kuchha) and if it rains becomes difficult to enter from that side. Although area is big with both indoor and outdoor seating capacity, food is mostly served inside and hence after some time, there is strong smell of food everywhere. the AC was also not strong as the door to outside area is so big that half of the time it was left open and AC not effective in rear portion. the food was average to good. While starter and drinks were bad, main course food was good alogn with dessert served. The washroom far and you have to walk 200 meters to reach everytime you require. there was a lack of thoughtfulness in construction and designing ao that despite space, you do not like the place that much.

The service was excellent, and the staff was very good and cooperative throughout. Compared to other properties, the pricing is very reasonable and offers great value for money. Recently attended a family wedding at this banquet, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The venue is located on the edge of Sarfabad village and is adjacent to a local liquor shop, with people standing and drinking openly on the road. This made it extremely uncomfortable and unsafe to cross that stretch with family. Additionally, there was no visible security arrangement outside the premises to manage the local crowd or ensure guest safety. Overall, highly dissatisfied with the experience — would not recommend.
