I visited Mithas in Noida Sector 62 to indulge my sweet tooth and had a average experience, I ordered their Ras Malai, and it was divine—one soft, spongy chenna balls drenched in creamy, saffron-laced milk, perfectly balanced with a touch of cardamom. The texture was melt-in-the-mouth, though a few more pistachio slivers would’ve elevated it. Priced at around ₹55 for 1 piece, it was a steal for such quality. From Bengali staples like Rasgulla and Sandesh to North Indian delights like Kaju Katli, Malai Barfi, and Peda, the options were endless and visually appealing. I tried their Malai Sandwich, which was rich and creamy, though slightly sweeter than my taste. Their savory samosas were crisp and flavorful, a nice bonus. The shop was bustling, and parking was a challenge in the busy Sector 62 market. The staff was courteous but seemed stretched during the rush.

Very disappointing experience with Mithass. I ordered donuts and a paneer wrap via Zomato, and the quality was extremely poor. The paneer in the wrap was burnt, and the donuts were smashed, soggy, and clearly not fresh. This is not at all acceptable from a brand like Mithass. I have ordered from Mithass earlier, especially kaju katli, which was always good. That is why this experience was shocking and unacceptable. Such poor quality damages customer trust and brand reputation. I strongly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves quality control.

I purchased Imarti from your outlet a few days ago and found it half-fried and merely dipped in sugar syrup. When I informed the Manager on my next visit, I was disappointed to be told that I should have checked it at the time of purchase. Customers expect good quality and courteous handling, especially in a competitive market.

I ordered a plate of vada sambhar and aloo patties and both items were stale and not fresh at all. When the server asked the chef he responded ‘fresh nhi hai’ and when the manager was called he said ‘fresh hai’. The manager started arguing with us that this is how it is supposed to be. The staff is rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. It’s been weeks that I’ve submitted the feedback on the official website and there has been no action from the company as well.

Its a spacious mithaas outlet at a corner shop. Street side free parking is available. Overall this area is full of unhygienic street food or restaurants, and perhaps this mithaas outlet also got vibe of its surroundings. This is less hygienic & less tasty outlet as compared to other mithaas outlets, so better not have high expectations.
