⭐ Pathetic Experience – Totally Unethical and Mentally Harassing! I had one of the worst shopping experiences at Mellora in DLF Mall of India. I selected a gold chain and was told a certain price. Once I made the payment and they started billing, they suddenly claimed there was a “system error” and that the price was actually ₹7000 higher! When I refused to accept it, they were unable to refund my money immediately and kept asking me to “wait for some time.” This was extremely frustrating and mentally harassing. How can a brand like this have a system where the price of an item changes after payment is done? It feels like a trap — they force you into a situation where you either have to buy something else or keep chasing them for your own money. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and completely destroys trust. Mellora needs to fix their fraudulent pricing system and train their staff to handle customers ethically. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this store — it’s mentally exhausting and absolutely unprofessional.

Horrible experience. Not a trustworthy brand at all. Bought some pieces from here 2 years ago. Returned those recently. The store told us we will receive the amount in our account in 10 days time. It has been 2 months and we are chasing after them for our own money. Store keeps making excuses.
