Feedback on Service Experience at MD Printing I approached them with some work and was initially assured that the printouts would be ready within 3–5 days as I mentioned the urgency. Within two days, I finalized the design, but from then on, I had to repeatedly call or message to follow-up to check the status of my order — despite having already allowed them 4 days. On the 5th day, after my inquiry I was told it would be ready “tomorrow.” When I went personally to collect the package on the 6th day in the afternoon, I was told “abhi nahi aaya.” Later that evening, I finally received a video confirmation, and I informed them that I would pick it up in the morning the next day. Six days later, when I visited at 10:45 AM (Opening hour is listed as 10:30 AM), the shop was closed, I was asked to “come back after 30-45 minutes,” just for them to hand-me-over the package. On my third attempt to collect the order, I was stopped by the same staff member who had been in charge of my work throughout, and he insisted on seeing a receipt — despite me having already made full payment via Paytm and sharing the receipt with them on WhatsApp a week earlier. This lack of communication and insistence on arbitrary rules, without any prior notice, was both unprofessional and disrespectful. Then telling me on my face in a rude tone,’yahan yahi rule hai.’ I had to remind him it was his duty to inform me of the same earlier at any of the previous opportunity. Anyway, I showed him my Paytm transfer. He could have easily answered that he will try to get the work done in my time constraints, however it may even extend by a day or two. Instead of being impolite and using rude tone and words. As a client who paid in full and trusted them, I expected at least basic professionalism. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness and a complete lack of accountability. The final delivery was equally disappointing: the printed material was handed over tied with a rope rather than properly packaged in a bag or box to ease its transportation. Such conduct reflects poorly on the business. Other staff had to bring a bag to me as he saw it was falling down from my vehicle. When staff treat paying clients with disrespect and carelessness, it raises serious concerns about the value they place on customer service. Given this experience, I have decided not to continue any further work with them. Note: I praised the guy in my initial two days for accomodating me and giving me the priority to get my design work done in time. Perhaps, that is not relevant to him.
