I went to malabar to get a gold ring for myself and look for gold coins to gift on diwali, I told the staff there on being asked what I want, that I want a ring, do they sent me upstairs, I went there and sat for good 5-7 minutes, the staff were roaming around freely and nobody thought of coming to attend us, then after a while the person who guided us when he saw me getting out of my chair, he came. After knowing that I need a ring, there was no good response, no good treatment. They did not ask me for water, and the salesman was so not interested in serving so I did not enquire further and left. On the other hand is kisna jewellers, not a big name (ig) but their hospitality and sales people are amazing. They would never make you feel leas important no matter you buy from them or not.
