They didn’t provide an invoice at the time of purchase, claiming they had too much workload. Later, they sent the invoice over WhatsApp, but it didn’t list the actual metal value & the making charges separately - which seems really shady.

It was bad experience with buying the nose pin from Malhotra Jewls. Datt of nose pin was loose and they have given daat with making charges ~100%. It costs me @rs. 1000.
