Excellent location, you can walk to river right behind property. Rooms utilities can be improved by doing precheck on what is missing and fix before guest arrives. Overall service was ok but upto standards. In restaurant dining could be cramped due to foot fall, orders may get delayed. Likewise inroom service can be more prompt and should not need followups

I had a wonderful time at Lemon Tree Resort, Jim Corbett. The resort is really nice and has a very big garden where you can walk and play sports around. The restaurant is located by the river and has a beautiful view. They also have a big pool and play area for kids and adults, which is great. The food was delicious, and they had a lot of options in the buffet, just like they promised. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I paid ₹8,000 per day, which is a great price for a 5-star resort like this. I think it's totally worth it! I highly recommend Lemon Tree Resort to anyone who wants a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Jim Corbett. It's a great place! Rating: 5/5 stars

Beautiful location, amazing service and great food by Chef Dhiraj and Chef Bhuvan. They made sure we were happy with every meal. I could tell that they were going out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Loved staying here and would definitely visit again

Our memorable two-night stay at Jim Corbett was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff of Lemon Tree, specifically the chef, Mr. Bhuvan, and the manager, Mr. Neeraj. Mr. Bhuvan and his team consistently went above and beyond to ensure that the guests feel valued. The cuisine and service were superb. The site of the property is prime, and the property itself is truly magnificent. However, superior rooms have the slight drawback of not having an optimal balcony view.

As part of a wedding ceremony we were given a room meant for disabled persons. Not withstanding the room was under maintenance as the bathing enclosure glass walls had reportedly broken. As a make gap arrangement plastic curtain was fixed which was short in length allowing water to flow out while taking bath. The taps were loosely fitted on wash basin. The hand shower was leaking at the joint. The wash basi outlet was not covered with any shieve material which gave suspicion of loosing any small item if fallen accidentally. The room was not having heating arrangements. On enquiries a room heater was provided which had barely any capacity of heating. The entrance of room and verandas were littered with cat droppings and pigeon droppings which were not cleaned for hours together even after repeated reminders. Overall the experience was not that pleasant as the attitude of staff was not cooperative.
