We had a wonderful experience at the wedding venue. The food quality and taste were excellent, and all the guests truly enjoyed it. The ambience was beautiful and well-maintained, creating a perfect atmosphere for the celebration. The staff behavior was polite, cooperative, and very professional. One of the standout aspects of this property is its remarkable staff—extremely humble, well-mannered, and truly committed to delivering the best service. I would like to give special mention to Mr. Anurag, Mr. Lakshya, and Mr. Pradeep. They consistently went above and beyond to make our celebration smooth, memorable, and absolutely perfect. Lakshya, who was the SPOC for our event, was incredibly prompt, courteous, and attentive. He ensured that every request was handled with care and that all our needs were accommodated without any hassle. Mr. Pradeep managed the floor flawlessly. His presence throughout the event gave us immense confidence—he made sure every detail was taken care of and everything ran seamlessly. An Experience That Truly Lives Up to the Highest Standards of Hospitality In 2004, during a brief professional association with PVR Priya, I was trained that the two words which define an exceptional customer experience are delightful and dazzling. Those benchmarks have stayed with me ever since. I experienced those very same standards once again during the BNI Lakshay Family Social hosted at Le Seasons Park. From the quality of hospitality to the attention to detail, warmth of service, and overall execution, everything reflected a level of professionalism that is increasingly rare. The experience was seamless, well-managed, and genuinely welcoming. What stood out most for me was the joy and comfort experienced by the families and children, an often-overlooked but critical indicator of true hospitality excellence. When children are happy, you know the experience has been thoughtfully designed. I must add that I am extremely selective with praise, and I share feedback publicly only when it is genuinely earned. This experience certainly was. Compliments to the leadership and the entire team at Le Seasons Park for setting such a high benchmark. Highly recommended.
