Pathetic, poor , unprofessional I gave my blouse to this boutique on 13th January for my friend's wedding on 10th February. I was promised delivery by 26th January, but it was returned to me on 24th feb with extremely poor fitting. I had clearly requested a princess neck design, with silver pipeline around neck but they did not follow my instructions at all. Instead, the blouse looks like दादी used to wear in 90's completely different from what I asked for. The service has been very disappointing. They neither answer calls nor reply to messages. Highly unprofessional behavior and very poor service. I do not recommend this boutique.

I have gotten multiple pieces designed and stitched by her. We don’t really have people who execute with perfection but Tripti has been doing it efficiently. She has managed to deliver not just with creativity and perfection but also within requested timelines. I absolutely love the pieces she created.

Hello Team Laaghi, I couldn’t even imagine that getting something custom-made without visiting a boutique could be so easy and seamless. You have completely flipped my understanding of custom designer wear. I don’t have words to praise you enough. I had visited so many boutiques with a design in mind and even got 2–3 blouses stitched using my own fabric, but honestly... kya se kya bana ke diya hai logon ne. My sister-in-law (Nikita) has been your customer since the time your boutique was in Malviya Nagar, Delhi. She recommended your boutique in Gaur City, and after being tired of all the failed experiments, I connected with you without any expectations. You guys absolutely nailed it. This is the best blouse I have ever gotten made for myself. The finishing, fabric quality, and overall inner construction and jo fit aaya hai..are truly at a huge brand level. Your designer Tripti, honestly feels like a mind reader. I shared only rough ideas, and she translated my thoughts so beautifully. What I received yesterday...my God....too good and such a surreal experience. Ab aap Lucknow se bhi bulk orders ke liye ready rehna, because everyone from my family and extended family is going to connect with you this week. To anyone reading this-ladies, go to this place without a second thought. Not just the best boutique in Gaur City, Laaghi is truly one of the best in the business, based on my experience with boutiques over the last 10–15 years.

I highly recommend every bride to be to visit and trust Laaghi Couture for designer costumes/ trousseau. I feel so happy that I was able to find such a talented and creative designer named Tripti who gave her all to design not just my but my mother in law’s and husband’s outfits as well. They came out so well and looked beautiful on us that everyone praised the work. I think I have got my family designer and I am so excited to get my office wear designed by her. Grateful to the team and lot of gratitude.
