Amazing experience at Jungle Barbeque! The ambience is beautiful with a unique jungle theme — perfect for family outings and celebrations. The décor, lighting, and overall vibe make the place feel very refreshing. Food was delicious, especially the starters. Paneer tikka, chicken starters and grilled items were all flavourful and served hot. The buffet had a good variety and the live counters were enjoyable. Service is excellent. Staff were polite, attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout. They refilled the dishes quickly and checked on us often. Overall, a must-try buffet restaurant if you enjoy good food, great ambience and friendly service. Totally worth it! Thank you Lalu Bhai🙏

Variety of food is so much, and I must say everything is on point. Taste of food is very delicious. Starter options are also good and the main course was also good and yes my favourite 'chenna toast 'were best in desert. Must visit it's kid's friendly as well. And poonam who take care of us she was very humble and other person don't remember his name but he was very good and take care of us very well.

It is a great place if you are looking to mood change. It offers all possible options - from lavish Buffets (7 course) to Ala carte and a variety of cuisines. What impressed me most was the warmth with which Chef Jitendra (he made an exception to serve us with options requested by us) and his support Karn did all to please - from tandoori kebabs to ensuring that food spice was maintained to our palette (very mildly spiced). The decor was jungle themed which particularly children are likely to enjoy. If you are visiting Logix Mall, this can be an option to consider.

Updating my earlier experience on a positive note. While the matter took some time initially, I truly appreciate the Ops Head for personally stepping in, understanding the situation, and ensuring the refund was processed. The issue was handled professionally once it reached the right person. Thank you for taking responsibility and resolving it. That effort makes a difference. -------------OLD----------- I made a payment at this restaurant using my HDFC credit card. The transaction showed as failed, so I immediately paid again using my IDFC credit card to avoid inconvenience. Later, I found out that the “failed” HDFC transaction was also successfully credited to the restaurant. So essentially they received double payment. I politely informed them. I shared transaction IDs. I followed up multiple times. I was promised a resolution. Also, In good faith, when the restaurant requested me to take down my earlier review, I did. I trusted them. But despite repeated follow-ups, the refund was not processed. As for the restaurant itself: Food is average at best Menu options are very limited considering the pricing Service is okay but ambience is great

Starting from Starters after telling them so many times then they repeat the 2 starter they are ignoring clearly and they don’t serve 3 4 starters and the mushroom tikka is bitter with turmeric taste ,pizza is tasteless ,tasteless watery pasta,pathetic service then we move to lunch only the kadai paneer taste good and after telling 2 waiter they take 30 minutes to serve chapatis,curd used in raita is very bad ,gulab jamun is good in taste but gajar halwa is only sugary and all sweets are so many days old coconut laddu is dry and having a dried old layering that is hard to break… we pay 6900 that is full wastage of money…and i will suggest u to change the old dried sweets i will complaint about your restaurant also u r taking 1299+ tax for this food seriously
