We were staying at Hyatt Centric, and Arna from the reception was incredibly kind and helpful. She assisted us throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out, and made us feel very welcome. The room was super clean and well maintained. Kudos to the entire housekeeping team for their excellent work. We also had breakfast at Kitchen District, and Shivam was really helpful and attentive.
