I had gone to an expo in NOIDA and while searching for the nearest hotel on Google I found this. I had a terrible experience at this hotel despite booking it based on the pictures and reviews. The hotel's website pictures are completely different from reality. The bathroom was not cleaned, there was no hot water, the bed was dirty, and there was a stinking smell and mosquitoes. We didn't sleep all night. Please see the pictures I uploaded to get an idea. Most of the reviews here seem to be paid ones. They charged me INR 2500 per night, it is not even worth of Rs.500. My rating for this hotel is less than 1 star. Even after following up multiple times, they refused to provide an invoice/bill, and I received a fake-looking bill only after I returned home. The hotel owners are big frauds.

Easy location, and the staff is very courteous. You'll feel you're living at your home. The washrooms are quite clean as well. They even provide a regular sized refrigerator as well. All in all, an excellent place to stay.

Stayed for 10 days while visit to Noida, stay was comfortable. Specially the staff was very cooperative and courteous towards the guest and the in room dining was a plus point. The tower has multiple service apartments owned by the brand. Don’t expect a hotel kind of treatment here rather it’s more of a service Apartment. I thought you love the concept and I would request if they can extend it to Bangalore and Mumbai when such concept is highly appreciated.

Absolutely horrible experience. The pictures on Airbnb vs the actual room provided were miles apart. The AC was not working, the supposed 2bhk was just a studio with a partition added to add the 2nd bed which had no AC no fan and no washroom. Just a square room with a bed with just 1 feet of space left between the bed and walls on each side. The kitchen was bare, no utensils were available. The overall condition was very shabby with no maintenance and a weird smell in the apartment. When we asked for a replacement, they refused saying this is the only option and that we should ask Airbnb for a refund. They were not concerned with resolving our query or helping us out. The management was not at all helpful and is frankly functioning by cheating customers using advance payment platforms with uncooperative refund settings. Absolutely avoid this place.

Recently, I visited hotel studio and had a very good time. They offer a well clean room. The staff was very polite and helped me whenevr I had ask questioned. Very cooperative staff. Would love to visit again...
