I am feeling sad to edit my review this time and lower the rating from 5 stars to 1 stars only. I have been to this hotel for 4 time in the last 2 months. The quality of the hotel is degrading every time I'm going booking a room here. At the time of first booking the room was really good, clean, room services were up to the mark. IN the last three visits the quality of the room, especially the bathroom is the worst of all. All the times the Bathroom which is combined with the washroom as well, were not clean at all. Corners of bathroom and washroom were dirty, White wash basin's were not clean, they seemed brownish/ Toilets seats were so bad in condition that you might not feel like using any of them. When we complained this to the reception we got the know that the good chemicals which are used to clean all this is not available from a long time in the hotel. We were shown 3 different rooms that they in the search of cleanliness, the 3rd room was so so types. I am so sad to write this all but what to do when you are not getting you money's worth after every chance. Thank you...

This is the one of the worst experiences... both of the hotel and of OYO. The rooms were in pathetic, unhygienic condition when we checked in. The washroom was untidy and unhygienic, the basin was broken. We requested the manger Mr. Jagdish to change the room, but he in an arrogant manner replied to us and did not change the room. Later after 2 hours the AC of the room started to drop so much water inside the room that it was like one has spilled a water bottle. We requested the manager again to change our room but he didnot. In the morning the water was so much that you could easily swim and I had slipped. After speaking to the staff rudely the room was cleaned up for us. The breakfast was also pathetic. Uncooked paratha, over cooked Idlis and undercooked omelet. The people in the restaurant are rude as well.

Worst play to stay. Rooms are extremely small. Not good , when you are on a business trip. Staff is polite. Little helpful The room which I am staying not properly ventilated, it doesn't have any window. Staying inside the room you will hardly know what is going on outside. Bathrooms are small. Only good for a single night stay. If you are a claustrophobic person, this place is not recommended.

This hotel has great potential to be an amazing facility which it is not. First of all it is on higer price end. They charge twice what other oyos owners charge for same rooms. There are some other great oyo experiences in thw town and people shod look for other nearby experiences instead of this. Secondly, this hotel has turend me down twice. Once after booking confirmation they said thw rooms have been booked on reception and other time when i tried booking a room for two oyo spontaneously shifted the room booking to single person stay. When i went there with a friend, they denied entry to my friend. It was a very inconvenient thing to find, book and go to another oyo location 5 miles off this place. Therefore, if possible i will chage oyo app for other app and also chose other good service provinding hotels that cares for their clients needs and convenience.what oyo and this hotel did might be great for oyo and hotel's bussiness but mighty inconvenient for customers. Don't recommend this place to tother people.

It’s the worst place to stay. Am highly disappointed with OYO. The standard of OYO has fallen to rock bottom. We had booked 13 rooms and was saddened by the deplorable state of the rooms. The attitude of the staff was pathetic. It was as if they were doing us a favour by accommodating us at their property. Our group of 40 pax were refused lunch & dinner at their only restaurant ( curry hut) as the restaurant was booked for a private function & hotel residents were forced to have their meals in their rooms or go out for the same. I sincerely hope that Mr. Ritesh Agarwal and his team at OYO keeps up their standard. Branding such properties with OYO is going to damage OYO’s brand name as the staff managing such properties do not care for their guest and are only interested in fleecing the guest. It’s pure & blatant highway robbery. Hope the hotel management & OYO teams look into this issue & improve their services quality before clients loose their faith in OYO brand.
