I booked this hotel in bulk booking form and I used this place for my guests to stay for my wedding event. The manager and the team do provide very nice service. Food from the inhouse kitchen is quite tasty. Rooms were clean and all rooms had individual water geyser. The manager gave me a very reasonable price for my requirement and the hotel property was well maintained and clean. Also bonus points for the manager to be very chill and cool, they completely understood the excessive stress which the family who is hosting the event goes through and were very flexible with payments. I will highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to host there guests for.any kind of event or function.

I stayed with my family in this hotel for a week, where some of my son's marriage function was conducted by us. The ambiance for engagement, mehndi and haldi function prepared by hotel was eye catching. The food provided by the hotel was excellent. All the of hotel staffs were very disciplined and cooperative during our stay. All my guests who stayed here went with sweet memories of their stay. I will give 9.8 marks out of 10 marks to hotel management.

Absolutely Disastrous Experience – Ruined Our Wedding event I had the misfortune of choosing Hotel Golden petals as the venue for wedding stay, and I can honestly say it was the worst decision I’ve ever made. The entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish, and the hotel’s last-minute cancellation and poor service completely ruined one of the most important days of my life. Last-Minute Cancellation and Chaos To begin with, the hotel informed me just days before my wedding that they could no longer accommodate our booking due to "unforeseen circumstances." This last-minute cancellation left us scrambling to find another venue with no time to spare. Not only did this add unnecessary stress, but it also caused a domino effect of problems. I had already planned everything around the hotel, including the catering, guest accommodations, and the wedding setup, and now everything was in jeopardy. The hotel gave no apology for the inconvenience, and when I asked for a solution, the staff just shrugged their shoulders. Poor Communication and Lack of Support During the entire process, communication was abysmal. The wedding coordinator, who was supposed to be helping with the details, was unresponsive and unprofessional. I made several phone calls, but I rarely received a timely or helpful reply. When I finally did speak with someone, it was always unclear if they even understood the urgency of the situation. The lack of care and support was utterly frustrating and completely unacceptable, especially considering we were dealing with an event as important as a wedding. Spoiled Wedding Plans and Stress The hotel's last-minute change of plans meant that I had to rearrange everything—guests, vendors, and the entire wedding schedule—within a matter of days. It was a stressful, chaotic experience that left me feeling completely helpless. On top of that, the hotel offered no compensation or attempt to make things right. Not only did they cancel my reservation, but they also left me with no time to plan anything properly. The stress and anxiety I endured were completely avoidable if they had simply honored their commitment or at least provided a reasonable alternative. A Day I’ll Never Forget – For All the Wrong Reasons This hotel completely ruined wedding event and made what should have been one of the happiest days of my life into a stressful and unforgettable disaster. I will never, ever recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of professionalism, the utter disregard for their guests, and the terrible service are things that should not be tolerated at any establishment, let alone one that claims to specialize in hosting special events like weddings. I honestly can’t put into words how disappointed I am. If you're planning any important event, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from Hotel Grand Petals.

We recently had a great experience of 3 major family functions here. Engagement in August 2025, and then Mehandi and Haldi in November 2025. If one family is hosting 3 back to back functions on same venue, then we do not need to say anything about the staff, rooms, food and quality of management. One person can just book their events and leave everything else on the management and staff. They always try to provide their best and in our case they delivered more than what was discussed and committed.
