Stayed here for a couple of days for business reasons. First of all, this hotel is situated at a very prime location. Metro is 5 minutes away. So so many food options available here. Second regarding service. Personals were good. Polite and good natured. This hotel does not have early checkin option available. So be careful while checking in early. Third regarding rooms. Bedroom was spacious enough. Clean. Bathrooms were cleaned too. No complain. But no exhaust fan available. Overall satisfactory experience

One peice of advice look for another hotel "Have time read below" 1.) That just doesn't look like picture posted(hathi ke dant dikhane ke kuch or khane ke kuch or ) 2.) Super expensive i have visited luxurious hotels and even at better price 3.) service there was no glass or crockery in the room so and i was super disappointed so didn't bother for the room service( 4.) Bathroom was that bad that you don't wanna go in (super NO) 5. I m sure that you must not be thinking of ambient any more you are absolutely right 6 okay the only things i find good was you can buy out side food just outside of the hotel Years ago i had stay in a Dharmashala in punjab trust that was better then this at no cost and there service was welcoming as well.

Hotel ka location bahut hi accha hai, easily reachable from main road. Rooms clean & spacious hain, ambience bhi kaafi peaceful hai. Staff ka behaviour polite aur helpful raha. All services like housekeeping, room service, food quality sabhi cheezein really good thi. Overall experience excellent raha — definitely recommend karta/karta hoon for a comfortable stay. Especially very good behaviour night aur day manager

Terrible experience here! Don't get fooled by the photos. The hotel is abysmal. No towels, no water, dirty bathroom floor, nothing here was upto standard. The price just doesn't justify the quality of stay here. Staff is not courteous. Food order is wrong. You order something but you get something else. We have to wait and hour just to get towels. Do not recommend at all. And the photos don't tell that it's a small entrance with stairs where you have to pick up your luggage till the reception (1st floor) and there is no lift.

The stay at Hotel Down Town, Sector 15, Noida was disappointing on several basic hygiene and amenity parameters . The tariff charged does not match the quality and upkeep of the property. CleanlinessRoom cleanliness was below expectations, with visible dust and lack of proper housekeeping. Floors in the room and common areas were not properly cleaned, giving an overall unhygienic feel. Promised amenitiesTea/coffee was advertised as included, but was not actually provided during the stay .Basic complimentary items like a tooth kit and shaving kit were missing, which are usually standard at this price point. Linen and towelsTowels were very poorly maintained, appearing worn out and not fresh. Overall linen quality did not justify the rent being charged for the room. Staff and serviceThe hotel staff was polite and generally well-behaved, which was a positive point of the stay . However, good staff behavior alone cannot compensate for poor maintenance and lack of promised facilities. Value for moneyConsidering the cleanliness issues and missing amenities, the stay did not feel worth the rent paid .With some investment in maintenance, housekeeping, and actually providing the listed facilities, the hotel could significantly improve the guest experience
