Pros: 1. Hygenic, clean rooms. 2. Budget friendly. They do have budget friendly no frills options. 3. Breakfast buffet is included. 4. Free WiFi is available. 5. Staff are helpful and quickly respond in case you call the reception with any issue. Cons: 1. Extremely tiny rooms with small attached bathroom. I stayed in a twin sharing room and both the beds were so small (smaller than a normal single bed). My roommate and I had hardly any space to move about in the room. 2. No locker. 3. Absolutely no frills rooms. So you won't even have the standard kettle and teabags in the room. However there's a coffee/tea vending machine on each floor which you can use. 4. The restaurant is quite pricey considering that the hotel is supposed to be budget friendly. Overall verdict :Good for one or two day business trip if you are on a tight budget and will be eating from anywhere other than the hotel.

This hotel is not a very good option to stay for long. Noticeable points for this hotel are as below. 1. Rooms are very very short in size and you will feel like staying a train compartment. 2. Bathrooms are too small in size that you can't take bath without touching yourself to wall. 3. Rooms are neat and clean. 4. Laundry facility available. 5. TV available in rooms. 6. Restaurant available at ground floor. You can stay here if want to spend a night only, more than that stay is not recommended.

Room ends as soon as you enter. Cleanliness was excellent, room layout considering the size was good. But comparing the charges, it could have been better. Perfect if one is looking to just spend the night. Food was from a third party restaurant and exorbitantly highly priced. But one can order from Swiggy or Zomato without any issues. The best thing about this budget self service hotel is its excellent location and very friendly staff, free coffee from vending machines and cleanliness.....great for pure business travel extremely short duration stay.....

I was offered 14 days accommodation by my company in this hotel. As I was staying in single occupancy room, it was decent and had all facilities. The only thing that brought negative vibes was the size of bathroom and missing buckets/mugs to bath. Rest all was good. They have a restaurant in the name of "Swagath" which is pretty expensive but the food quality and quantity is good. Room/laundry service was also excellent.

Rooms are quite small but very well designed and maintained. Buffet breakfast is so so. Restaurant menu charges were quite high and does not provide option of half plate as most of the dishes can serve two people and remaining will go waste. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Nearest metro station is Pari chowk, from here you can take ola, uber or auto.
