We hosted our pre-wedding events at this hotel, and unfortunately the overall experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. The staff was highly unprofessional throughout the event. Food was not served on time and, when it was finally served, it was cold. There was a clear lack of service staff, no one to properly serve food and no cleaning staff available when required, which created chaos during the function. When these issues were raised with the management, instead of addressing the concerns responsibly, the management behaved very unprofessionally. They handled the situation poorly, started blaming us as clients, and made unnecessary and false allegations to divert attention from their own mismanagement and mistakes during the event. Additionally, just a few days before the wedding, the hotel cancelled our chosen decor vendor and forced us to hire their in-house vendor. Despite this, the decor was substandard. Several elements that were clearly discussed and agreed upon were missing, and the overall decor quality was far below expectations. A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and this hotel’s lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic service standards caused immense disappointment. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this venue for important events.

⭐ Extremely disappointing experience for wedding events We booked this hotel for 3 days for wedding functions, including a cocktail party and haldi ceremony. From the start, there was constant interference from hotel management, and we were ultimately forced to cancel our external decor and use their in-house decor instead. Despite this, the cocktail event decor was poorly executed and disorganized. During the function, the service quality was very poor, and the manager on duty was unprofessional and unhelpful when concerns were raised. Food service was mismanaged, and we were overcharged. The situation escalated unnecessarily, with threats of involving the police instead of resolving issues professionally. A special mention to Mr. Vansh, whose conduct made coordination extremely difficult. The owner also avoided direct communication despite multiple attempts. Overall, this hotel failed to deliver the agreed services for a once-in-a-lifetime event. I would not recommend this property for weddings or large functions.

Hotel Hibiscus offers a truly comfortable and pleasant stay with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and provide all the essential amenities needed for a relaxing experience. The overall service quality is excellent and special appreciation goes to the front office staff Shivani and garima, who were extremely polite professional and helpful throughout the stay.. Their friendly behavior and prompt assistance made the experience even more enjoyable..I would definitely recommend Hotel Hibiscus to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay with great hospitality.

I had good dine in experience with hibiscus resturant. Staff was very co-operative and greets well. Sooraj has served and look after our dinner itinerary and serves food with great taste. Recommended from my side.
