The place is decent, it has got enough space to spend quality time with family and friends. But, the service delivery and cleanliness have room for improvement. We booked three executive rooms by paying in advance but the hotel manager could arrange two executive and one deluxe room for our stay. The Deluxe room had seepage and a stinking smell, and the hotel staff could not help pacify that. Food service is slow, it takes 1.5 hours to prepare a basic lunch, doesn't complement instant hunger pangs. But, overall a decent stay!

On my visit to Ramnagar for my friend’s wedding I chose to spent few hours to stay somewhere near to the wedding venue. So I chose to stay here. Although I was supposed to check in the mid night but due to late arrival I reached there by early morning. That was a normal property with few room and garden more like forest with nice ambience. Hospitality was nice. People over there were also nice. I got the warm welcome. Although it wasn’t a hifi hotel. It was just a normal property. The room was clean. Bathroom was also clean. The view was nice. Overall good service at this price.

We have visit Heartwood November Last week. Heartwood farms was very good and hygienic. We were three couple. All members were impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the hotel staff. They made sure good food. Hotel location was very clean green and rooms are also very clean and good. We would offer them best wishes for the same

It is one of the best hotel for staying. I spent my whole 1 day there and that waa a great experience for me. All the staff are nice and have good behaviour. Even food is also delicious. Rooms ar are neat and cleaning.
