Because of their negligence, there was no proper service in front of our guests. The food was served cold, and even after informing them, we got no response. The banquet management did not clean the hall, because of which our function that was supposed to start at 11 AM began at 3 PM. Our image was ruined in front of the guests, and we had to clean the place ourselves after telling them 10 times. They took full payment for the DJ, but there were no proper light arrangements anywhere. Even the corridor outside the rooms had no lights. The washrooms were dirty, and we had to listen to complaints from our guests. Because of their poor service, our entire function was ruined. This is nothing but cheating, they have no service at all. I will never recommend them to anyone again.

My experience with Golden Leaf was extremely disappointing. I had my engagement function here, and it turned out to be very poorly managed because of their negligence.The venue was not cleaned on time, due to which our function started very late. There were no proper lights with the DJ setup, no lighting in the outside area, and even the corridors had no lights.The lift was not working properly, which caused a lot of inconvenience for the guests. The food was completely cold, and there was absolutely no management support present.Because of all these issues, my function was badly affected. This unpleasant experience will stay with me for a lifetime. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The venue completely ruined my sister’s engagement because of their sheer negligence and lack of management. We felt embarrassed in front of our guests as the venue wasn’t cleaned on time, the lighting was missing everywhere, and even the lift was barely functioning. The DJ setup was terrible, and the food was served completely cold. Despite taking full payment, they failed to provide even the basic services, which damaged our reputation as well. This venue is extremely unprofessional, I would never recommend it to anyone.

The best place for a party! We’ve been here before and the food is absolutely amazing, with outstanding hospitality. They also have a beautiful wedding and reception venue along with comfortable rooms for stay making it a perfect all-in-one destination
