My stay was for one night and it was great staying at Ginger City Center Noida. Front desk staffs were very graceful and cordial too. Specially API and ASHA were very very helpful and they all are so kind in making my stay awesome. Thanks to the team who was very nice in helping me enjoy the food in the restaurant and the food was awesome—specially the south Indian food during the breakfast. Special thanks to Vimesh from housekeeping for helping clean the room. Overall stay was superb.

I stayed at Hotel Ginger and found the location excellent—easy to reach, with spacious, hygienic, and budget‑friendly rooms. Overall, the stay was comfortable. However, I was disappointed to know that very basic amenities such as a dental kit, shaving kit, comb are chargeable. For a standard hotel like Ginger, this feels surprising, as these essentials greatly impact guest convenience and affects the overall experience. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback positively and considers including these basic items as part of the stay, which will surely enhance customer satisfaction and uphold the hotel’s reputation.

I’ve stayed at Ginger Hotel several times during business trips, and it’s always been a comfortable experience. The location is excellent — right in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants, mall, and the metro. Rooms are spotless with fresh linens, comfy beds, good Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches like an electric kettle, tea/coffee sachets, and a mini fridge. Staff service is top-notch — special thanks to Subhash and Rohit from housekeeping, and Manoj, Aman, and Sadik from the restaurant for their great hospitality. The in-house restaurant Qmin serves hygienic and tasty food, though the menu could offer a bit more variety. Facilities include a basic gym, Wi-Fi, and parking. The only downside is the old LCD TV — a smart TV upgrade would make the stay perfect. Overall, a clean, convenient, and reliable hotel that I’ll continue to choose for my business stays.

I stayed for a week at Hotel Ginger City Centre, Noida. Frankly, being a budget hotel, I was not expecting great rooms or service. But this hotel surprised me. The deluxe room I got was very spacious, with good ambience and well maintained. The housekeeping staff was physically challenged with hearing and speaking disability, and it was so heart warming to see such good room cleaning service given by him. The front office manager Mr. Suraj Chowdhury and his team members Asha, Aditya, Megha were really helpful and offered great help even with smallest of requests. They are soft spoken and demonstrate great hospitality whenever you approach them for anything. And the Qmin restaurant was also v good...the morning breakfast buffet had a good spread. The F & B Manager, Mr. Rajiv Kumar and his team members Pratik, Praduman and others were very courteous and gave excellent service. However, the menu options during the day were limited and being a vegetarian, I feel some vegetable preparation with rice or hot rotis could be made available. The restaurant closes at 10.30pm, so if you arrive after that, there are no meal options available, not even in room service because the kitchen closes by then. So if you have a late check in, please bring your own dinner from outside. Overall, a great stay at the Hotel Ginger and excellent service by all departments. I really recommend this hotel if you wish to stay in the central part of Noida.

Bad experience. Dirty linen and curtains. Stinking washrooms. Used linen was there when I checked in. Had to request them to get it changed. Decent breakfast menu. Hotel is just an average one. Not a three star. One star more than enough
